<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Step 1: Get Specific About What You Actually Want</h2>



<p>Most money manifestation advice starts with &#8220;pick a number.&#8221; But your subconscious isn&#8217;t motivated by numbers. It&#8217;s motivated by meaning.</p>



<p>When you say &#8220;I want to win the lottery,&#8221; your brain hears vague noise. When you say &#8220;I want to book a business class flight to Italy and not check my bank account first,&#8221; your brain lights up.<br><br>That&#8217;s the difference between a wish and a subconscious trigger.</p>

Instead of picking a number, you map out the experiences, the feelings, the everyday moments that money would make possible.<br><br>Then your subconscious has something real to work with.</p>



<p><strong>Try this now:</strong> Write down three experiences that a big windfall would make possible for you. Be specific. Be honest. Skip the Instagram-worthy answers and go for the ones that actually make your chest feel lighter when you think about them.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Step 2: Identify What&#8217;s Quietly Blocking You</h2>



<p>Here&#8217;s where lottery manifestation gets interesting, and a little uncomfortable.</p>



<p>Most women who are drawn to the idea of a sudden windfall are carrying a subconscious belief that steady, gradual abundance isn&#8217;t available to them. The lottery feels like the only door that could open fast enough.</p>



<p>That belief is a block. And until you look at it directly, it will keep closing every other door too.</p>



<p>Your subconscious is pattern-matching constantly. If your dominant belief is &#8220;money is always a struggle,&#8221; it will filter your reality accordingly, regardless of how many affirmations you repeat or how many lottery tickets you buy.</p>



<p>The shift happens when you start giving your subconscious new evidence.<br><br>Small wins count. A parking spot that freed up just in time. An unexpected discount. A bill that was less than you expected. These aren&#8217;t coincidences; they&#8217;re proof your subconscious can use to start updating its money story.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Step 3: Take Action That Signals &#8220;I&#8217;m Already Moving&#8221;</h2>



<p>This is the part that almost every lottery manifestation post skips entirely.</p>



<p>Manifestation isn&#8217;t a passive practice. It&#8217;s an active one. And the action doesn&#8217;t need to be big; it needs to be aligned.</p>



<p>When you take even a small step toward the life you described in Step 1, your subconscious registers it as real movement. That registration matters more than any visualization session or affirmation list.</p>



<p>Buying a lottery ticket? Fine, if it feels fun. But treat it as one small action among many, not the only door you&#8217;re watching.</p>



<p>Other aligned actions might look like:</p>

<li>Opening a savings account for that Italy trip, even with $20 in it<br></li>



<li>Paying a bill and consciously connecting it to the freedom that financial stability will bring<br></li>



<li>Researching one thing you&#8217;d do if money weren&#8217;t the obstacle</li>

<p>These actions send a clear message to your subconscious: &#8220;We&#8217;re moving. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Does Manifesting a Lottery Win Actually Work?</h2>



<p>This is the honest answer: sometimes, yes. There are documented cases of people attributing lottery wins to visualization and intention-setting practices.</p>



<p>But the more important question is: is it the most effective use of your manifesting energy?</p>



<p>Almost certainly not.</p>



<p>When you attach your financial dreams to one very specific, very unlikely outcome, you&#8217;re narrowing the universe&#8217;s options to essentially zero. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">When Practicing Gratitude Feels Fake</h2>



<p>Here&#8217;s the honest truth: most gratitude advice sets you up to fail.</p>



<p>You&#8217;re told to write three things you&#8217;re grateful for every day. So you do. And at first, maybe it feels nice. But after a few weeks? It becomes another item on your to-do list, right between &#8220;answer emails&#8221; and &#8220;pick up groceries.&#8221;</p>



<p>That&#8217;s what I call &#8220;hollow gratitude,&#8221; and it&#8217;s one of the biggest blocks I see in women who are trying to manifest real change.</p>



<p>The problem isn&#8217;t gratitude itself.<br><br>Gratitude is incredibly powerful. <strong>Neuroscience shows that when you <em>feel</em> genuine appreciation, your brain releases dopamine and serotonin, the same chemicals tied to happiness and motivation.</strong> It also lowers cortisol, the stress hormone that keeps your body in survival mode.</p>



<p>But here&#8217;s the catch: your brain only responds to <strong>felt</strong> gratitude. Not written gratitude. Not &#8220;I should be grateful&#8221; gratitude. Not the kind where you scribble a list in 30 seconds while your coffee gets cold.</p>



<p>Your subconscious knows the difference between going through the motions and actually meaning it. And when it detects a mismatch? Nothing shifts.</p>



<p>So let&#8217;s fix that. Here are five simple changes that make gratitude actually <em>work</em>.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">1. Stop Listing, Start Feeling</h2>



<p>This is the biggest shift you can make, and it costs you nothing but a few extra seconds.</p>



<p>Instead of racing through your gratitude list, pause after each item. Close your eyes. And spend about 20 seconds actually <em>feeling</em> it in your body.</p>



<p>Not thinking about it. <strong>Feeling</strong> it.</p>



<p>Where does appreciation land for you? Your chest? Your stomach? Let it sit there. Let it expand with your breath. Only move to the next item when you&#8217;ve genuinely felt something.</p>



<p>Here&#8217;s why this matters: your Reticular Activating System (your brain&#8217;s internal filter) responds to emotion, not words. It scans your world and highlights whatever you&#8217;ve told it is important. And the way you tell it? Through feelings, not through a checklist.</p>



<p>When you pair gratitude with real emotion, you&#8217;re literally retraining your brain to notice more good in your life. More opportunities. More evidence that things are working.</p>

<p>One of my students, Jennifer, wrote gratitude lists every single morning for a year with zero results. When we looked closer, she was rushing through them in about 30 seconds between getting the kids ready and heading to work. Once she slowed down and spent just five minutes <em>feeling</em> each item? Things started shifting within weeks.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">2. Get Ridiculously Specific</h2>



<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m grateful for my family.&#8221;</p>



<p>Your brain reads that and yawns. It&#8217;s too broad to create any emotional charge.</p>



<p>Now try this: &#8220;I&#8217;m grateful my daughter texted me a silly meme yesterday just because she was thinking of me.&#8221;</p>



<p>Feel the difference?</p>



<p>Specificity is what turns gratitude from a flat exercise into something your subconscious can actually work with. When you get detailed, you activate your Reticular Activating System to scan for more of those tiny, beautiful moments.</p>



<p>Instead of writing about big, vague categories, zoom in on one real moment from the last 24 hours. The more specific, the better.</p>



<p>Try prompts like:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>What small moment made me smile yesterday?</li>



<li>What&#8217;s one thing someone did for me recently that I almost overlooked?</li>



<li>What&#8217;s one &#8220;ordinary&#8221; thing I&#8217;d genuinely miss if it disappeared tomorrow?</li>
</ul>



<p>This trains your brain to spot what I call &#8220;micro-blessings,&#8221; the small, easy-to-miss moments that are actually everywhere once you start noticing them.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">3. Acknowledge the Hard Stuff First</h2>



<p>Here&#8217;s something most gratitude advice gets wrong: it asks you to jump straight into positivity without acknowledging what&#8217;s actually going on in your life.</p>



<p>And when things are hard? That feels fake. Because it <em>is</em> fake.</p>



<p>Gratitude was never meant to be a way to paste over your real feelings. It&#8217;s not a bypass. <strong>It&#8217;s a bridge.</strong></p>



<p>Before you reach for what you&#8217;re thankful for, take a moment to name what&#8217;s heavy. What&#8217;s frustrating. What&#8217;s draining you. You don&#8217;t need to dwell there, just acknowledge it honestly.</p>



<p>&#8220;This week has been exhausting. I&#8217;m worried about money. I feel behind on everything.&#8221;</p>



<p>Then, from that honest place, see if there&#8217;s something small you can genuinely appreciate alongside the struggle.</p>



<p>&#8220;And&#8230; I slept well last night. My friend checked in on me. The sun is out today.&#8221;</p>



<p>When both feelings can exist at the same time, gratitude stops feeling performative and starts feeling real. Your subconscious responds to that honesty far more than it responds to forced positivity.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">4. Add Future Gratitude</h2>



<p>Most gratitude practices only look backward. You reflect on what&#8217;s already happened, what you already have.</p>



<p>That&#8217;s a great start. But if you want to use gratitude as a manifestation tool? You need to add a future layer.</p>

<p>Future gratitude means writing (or saying) gratitude statements <em>as if</em> what you want is already here. Not in a delusional way, but in a way that helps your subconscious start expecting it.</p>



<p>For example:</p>



<p><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m so grateful for the calm I feel waking up in my new home, sunlight pouring through the windows, knowing everything is taken care of.&#8221;</em></p>



<p><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m grateful for the confidence I feel walking into that meeting, knowing exactly what I bring to the table.&#8221;</em></p>



<p>This works because of something neuroscientists call predictive coding. Your brain is constantly making predictions about what&#8217;s coming next based on past patterns. When you repeatedly pair emotion with a future outcome, you start updating those predictions.</p>



<p>Your subconscious shifts from &#8220;that&#8217;ll never happen&#8221; to &#8220;hmm, maybe this is possible.&#8221; And once it gets on board? Your Reticular Activating System starts scanning for evidence, opportunities, and next steps to make it real.</p>



<p>Start with one future gratitude statement at the end of your regular practice. Keep it believable. Keep it emotional. And notice what shifts.</p>

<p>Sometimes when gratitude feels forced, the problem isn&#8217;t what you&#8217;re doing. It&#8217;s that you&#8217;re stuck in your own head.</p>



<p>You sit down to practice and your inner critic takes over. &#8220;This is silly.&#8221; &#8220;Nothing&#8217;s changing.&#8221; &#8220;I should be further along by now.&#8221;</p>

<p>So you do. You scribble &#8220;my health, my family, my home&#8221; while your mind races through your to-do list. You check the box and move on.</p>



<p>But nothing shifts.</p>



<p>Here&#8217;s why: your subconscious knows when you&#8217;re faking it.</p>



<p>When you write &#8220;I&#8217;m grateful for my job&#8221; while dreading Monday morning, your brain registers the disconnect. Neuroscience backs this up. Gratitude only creates real change when you genuinely <em>feel</em> it. The emotional experience is what activates your brain&#8217;s reward centers and lowers cortisol.</p>



<p>Words without feeling? That&#8217;s just going through the motions.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Start Micro: One Genuine Thing</h2>



<p>Here&#8217;s what changed everything for me: one real moment of appreciation beats a list of things you &#8220;should&#8221; feel grateful for.</p>



<p>You don&#8217;t need ten items. You need one that actually makes you feel something.</p>



<p>Maybe it&#8217;s that first sip of coffee. The way your dog greets you at the door. A text that made you smile.</p>



<p>It doesn&#8217;t have to be profound. It just has to be real.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Try &#8220;Neutral Noticing&#8221; Instead</h2>



<p>Most gratitude advice asks you to leap straight from frustration to thankfulness. But emotions don&#8217;t work that way.</p>



<p>Instead, try what I call &#8220;neutral noticing.&#8221; Rather than forcing yourself to feel grateful, just notice what&#8217;s <em>okay</em> right now. Not amazing. Not even good. Just&#8230; okay.</p>



<p>The sun is out. There&#8217;s food in the fridge. Your body is breathing without you thinking about it.</p>



<p>You&#8217;re not pretending these things are magical. You&#8217;re just acknowledging they exist.</p>



<p>This works because it doesn&#8217;t ask your brain to make a huge emotional leap. It&#8217;s a bridge between &#8220;everything is terrible&#8221; and &#8220;I&#8217;m so blessed.&#8221;</p>



<p>From there, genuine gratitude often emerges naturally, when you&#8217;re not forcing it.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gratitude Is a Bridge, Not a Bypass</h2>



<p>There&#8217;s a big difference between using gratitude to <em>process</em> difficult emotions and using it to <em>avoid</em> them.</p>



<p>Real gratitude doesn&#8217;t ask you to ignore your problems. It reminds your nervous system that you&#8217;re not <em>only</em> surrounded by hard stuff.</p>



<p>One of my favorite reframes: &#8220;I&#8217;m stressed about money right now. AND I had a really good cup of tea this morning.&#8221;</p>



<p>You&#8217;re not bypassing the stress. You&#8217;re just not letting it be the only thing you see.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The 2-Minute Version for Low-Energy Days</h2>



<p>Some days, you barely have the energy to get out of bed, let alone sit down for a &#8220;gratitude ritual.&#8221;</p>



<p>So here&#8217;s the simplest version I know. Two minutes. You can do it in bed. No journal required.</p>



<p><strong>Step 1:</strong> Put your hand on your heart.</p>



<p><strong>Step 2:</strong> Think of one small thing from the past 24 hours that was okay, pleasant, or comforting.</p>



<p><strong>Step 3:</strong> Let yourself <em>feel</em> it. Where does appreciation land in your body? Just notice.</p>



<p><strong>Step 4:</strong> Take three slow breaths while holding that feeling.</p>



<p>That&#8217;s it. Done.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why This Matters for Manifestation</h2>



<p>Your brain has something called the Reticular Activating System (RAS), a filter that decides what gets your attention. When you practice genuine gratitude, you train your RAS to notice more good. More opportunities. More evidence that things are working.</p>



<p>Gratitude also tells your nervous system you&#8217;re safe. And when your body feels safe, it shifts out of survival mode and into a state where creativity, intuition, and receiving become possible.</p>



<p>That&#8217;s why forced gratitude doesn&#8217;t work for manifestation. Your nervous system isn&#8217;t fooled. But genuine, felt appreciation? That actually changes your internal state. And your internal state drives your actions, decisions, and results.</p>

<p>You don&#8217;t have to feel grateful to start a gratitude practice.</p>



<p>You just have to be willing to notice one small thing that&#8217;s okay. To pause for two minutes. To stop performing and start feeling.</p>



<p>Gratitude isn&#8217;t another item on your self-improvement checklist. It&#8217;s a way of training your brain to see what&#8217;s already working.</p>



<p>Start small. Start honest. Start where you are.</p>



<p>One genuine moment of gratitude is worth more than a hundred hollow lists.</p>

<p><strong>Yes, you absolutely can visualize with your eyes open</strong> — in fact, you’ve already done it. Think daydreaming with purpose.<br><br><strong>And many even find it easier to visualize dreams with their eyes open than to visualize them with their eyes closed.</strong><br><br>But first, let’s have a look at what visualization actually is.</p>



<p><strong>Visualization is basically a technique to create a picture in your mind.</strong> When manifesting, we mainly use visualization to create such a mental image of our goals, to see ourselves as we have already manifested our dream.<br><br>But visualization can support you much more in the manifestation process, and therefore, <strong>it is a very important manifestation method that I often work with.</strong> Specifically, in combination with a vision board.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Eidetic and Non-Eidetic Vision</h2>



<p>There are people who have a problem imagining a clear picture when they visualize with closed eyes.<br><br>You have to know that this is completely normal. <strong>Only about 10% can really see images like a movie; for others, it is often more like thoughts.</strong><br><br><strong>This is called eidetic and non-eidetic visualization</strong>. I can visualize things in my head like they are real, so I’m definitely an eidetic person. But I know from many women in my manifesting community that they have a problem with this.<br><br><strong>The eidetic memory is the ability to vividly recall images from the memory after one has seen or experienced something only for a short time.</strong> Or, in the visualization process, this would be the pure imagination of something that has not yet happened.<br><br><em>The good news is, it doesn’t matter in what group you fall.</em><br><br><strong>If you are eidetic, you probably have no problem visualizing with closed eyes. </strong>You then see your vision playing like a movie in front of your mind’s eyes. <br><br><strong>As a non-eidetic person, you might want to test the open eye visualization</strong>, for which I’ll give you step-by-step instructions below.<br><br><strong>Important: as with all manifestation methods, apply it in a way that is best for you.</strong> I don’t believe there is right or wrong. These tools have the most power when they give you a good feeling.<br><br><em>It’s all about emotions when you manifest.</em></p>

<p>But now let&#8217;s test out if you are better with open eyes when visualizing your dreams.</p>



<p><strong>Open Eyes Visualization</strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Look at a picture that has a symbolic effect on you when you think about your dream.<br><br>For example, a beautiful beach if you want to manifest a trip to Hawaii or a picture of a toned fitness model if you’re going to lose some weight and get into shape.<br><br>The picture can be a printed photo but also a drawing. And it can also be on a computer monitor or your mobile phone.<br><br></li>



<li>Relax your eyes. Try to look slightly downwards, with your eyes half open or upwards. Choose what is most comfortable for you.<br><br></li>



<li>Start visualizing; just think about daydreaming. As I said earlier, we’ve all done it already, so you can do it for sure.<br><br>Keep looking at your symbolic picture. Start with a kind of story to build this picture and your goal around.<br><br>If you have practiced this a few times, you can try in a further step to look at the picture only at the beginning, and then from step 2 on, look at an empty wall or into the distance (the sea, a lake, a meadow…)</li>
</ol>



<p><strong>You see, visualization works just as well with your eyes open as with your eyes closed.</strong><em> </em>More importantly, as with all the manifestation tools, is consistency.</p>

<p>You know those days when you’re journaling, meditating, checking every box on your manifestation routine… and something still feels off? You’re not upset exactly, just out of sync. <p>I’ve been there.<br>That moment when you wonder if alignment means staying positive all the time, and you’re simply not wired for that.</p>



<p>But here’s the truth no one says clearly enough.<br>Alignment has nothing to do with being happy 24/7.<br>It’s not pretending you’re fine or smiling through heaviness.</p>



<p>Alignment is being honest about where you are… and choosing actions that match your truth.</p>



<p>Your emotions don’t block your manifestations.<br>Your dishonesty about them does.</p>



<p>When you stop forcing positivity and start being human, your subconscious finally relaxes. That is the moment it begins to guide you instead of resisting you.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Problem With “Raise Your Vibration”</h2>



<p>The idea started with good intentions.<br>Energy matters. Your emotional state influences what you notice, what you act on, and what you attract.</p>



<p>But somewhere along the way, it turned into a checklist.<br>Be positive.<br>Stay grateful.<br>Don’t complain.<br>Smile more.</p>



<p>So now, if you’re not joyful all day, you must be out of alignment.</p>



<p>No wonder women feel exhausted.<br>We’re intelligent and self aware. We read the books, listen to the podcasts, do the inner work… and still have days that feel heavy or unclear.</p>



<p>The issue is not that your vibration drops.<br>It’s believing that it shouldn’t.</p>



<p>That belief creates shame. You wake up anxious and immediately think, “I need to fix this fast or I’ll attract something bad.”<br>Suddenly you’re not manifesting, you’re managing your emotions like a full time job.</p>



<p>That is not alignment.<br>That is control dressed up as spirituality.</p>



<p>Real alignment doesn’t require perfection.<br>It requires honesty.<br>Compassion.<br>A moment of truth: “This is where I am today. What’s one thing that would feel just a little more caring for me right now?”</p>



<p>Your subconscious responds to truth, not performance.</p>



<p>When you fake positivity, it senses the mismatch and pushes back.<br>When you’re real, your whole system softens.<br>Your energy rises naturally because you stopped pretending.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">A Story I’ve Never Told Like This Before</h2>



<p>A few years ago, right after releasing the second edition of my book, my husband, Tom, moved out.</p>



<p>It felt surreal. We had drifted apart slowly, quietly, while trying to hold the image together. When he finally said he needed space and had met someone else, everything inside me cracked.</p>



<p>I remember thinking, How did I end up here?<br>I was teaching women how to manifest love and confidence.<br>And there I was, on my kitchen floor, surrounded by everything I had built, wondering if any of it mattered.</p>



<p>It wasn’t only heartbreak. It was shame.<br>For a moment I even thought about walking away from my business.<br>“If I can’t manifest a healthy relationship, who am I to help anyone else?”</p>



<p>But then something shifted.</p>



<p>One night I poured a glass of wine, turned on Bridget Jones’s Diary, and allowed myself to feel everything I had been avoiding. I cried until I couldn’t anymore.</p>



<p>And afterwards, a quiet realization surfaced.<br>Even in that pain, I was still connected to love.<br>Not the cheerful, high vibe kind.<br>A deeper, more honest kind. The kind that says, “This hurts, and I still want to heal.”</p>



<p>So instead of pretending I was fine, I chose truth.</p>



<p>I missed him. I wanted him back. But more than anything, I wanted to feel like myself again. The version of me who felt alive, grounded, magnetic. The woman he fell in love with… and the woman I had stopped being.</p>



<p>So I started small.</p>



<p>Not with affirmations.<br>Not with journaling marathons.</p>



<p>With real actions that felt aligned with the love I wanted to rebuild.</p>



<p>I walked every morning to reconnect with peace.<br>I took the birthday trip we had planned together, alone, because I refused to cancel my joy.<br>I cooked for myself again. I put on perfume just for me.</p>



<p>Every day, the same whisper:<br>You are love.<br>You are worthy of love.<br>You are becoming love again.</p>



<p>These actions didn’t erase my sadness. They transformed it.<br>They turned heartbreak into clarity and longing into alignment.</p>



<p>Slowly, the shift happened deep within my subconscious.</p>



<p>Months later, as I softened, healed, and returned to myself, Tom and I found our way back together. Not through pressure or forcing an outcome, but through two people realigning honestly.</p>



<p>And this year we celebrated our most beautiful anniversary yet in Bora Bora.</p>



<p>But the real miracle wasn’t that he returned.<br>It was that I did.</p>



<p>Alignment is not about being high vibe.<br>Alignment is about emotional integrity.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Science Behind Emotional Honesty</h2>



<p>Here’s the part I love.<br>Neuroscience backs this up completely.</p>



<p>Your subconscious mind is designed to protect you, not punish you.<br>It constantly scans for emotional truth. When your words and feelings don’t match, your brain experiences it as stress.</p>



<p>This is what psychologists call cognitive dissonance.<br>Studies show that emotional suppression increases fear responses in the brain. Emotional honesty calms those responses.</p>



<p>Another study from UCLA found that simply naming your emotion reduces activity in the emotional centers of your brain and increases clarity in the thinking centers.</p>



<p>So when you’re honest with yourself, your biology stabilizes.</p>



<p>Your Reticular Activating System, the filter that decides what information to pay attention to, relies on emotional data. If you constantly fake positivity, your brain gets confused. It doesn’t know what to filter for.</p>



<p>When you say, “I’m hurting and I’m still healing,” your brain receives a clear direction. Your subconscious relaxes. Your energy rises organically.</p>



<p>You’re not low vibe.<br>You’re simply unfiltered.</p>



<p>And unfiltered is where alignment begins.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Real Alignment Looks Like</h2>



<p>Alignment has three parts:</p>



<p><strong>Truth</strong><br>Your emotional reality right now.</p>



<p><strong>Integrity</strong><br>Your willingness to honor that truth.</p>



<p><strong>Action</strong><br>A step that matches your intention, even if it’s small.</p>



<p>When these three meet, your energy becomes coherent. Your subconscious trusts you again. You don&#8217;t need to force your vibration higher. It rises on its own.</p>



<p>One of my students, Clara, used to panic whenever she had an off day. She’d rewrite affirmations for hours. When she started practicing emotional honesty instead — simply saying, “I feel off, and that’s okay” — everything changed.<br>Her business grew faster.<br>Her ideas felt clearer.<br>Her relationships softened.</p>



<p>Because she wasn’t wasting energy fighting herself anymore.</p>



<p>Alignment will always feel like clarity, not pressure.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">A Gentle Check-In For You</h2>



<p>Take a breath.<br>Soften your shoulders.<br>Let your jaw relax.</p>



<p>Ask yourself,<br>Where have I been trying to be high vibe instead of honest?</p>



<p>Maybe it’s pretending you’re fine.<br>Maybe it’s skipping over grief too quickly.<br>Maybe it’s forcing optimism when you’re exhausted.</p>



<p>Your emotions are not obstacles. They are data.<br>They show you what needs attention, not what needs fixing.</p>



<p>Instead of asking, “How can I raise my vibration?”</p>



<p>Ask, “What part of me needs my honesty right now?”</p>



<p>That is where alignment begins.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">One Simple Step to Feel Aligned Today</h2>



<p>Wherever you’re reading this, pause for a moment.<br>Take one slow breath in through your nose and let it out softly.</p>



<p>Ask,<br>What is one small thing that would feel aligned for me today?</p>



<p>A walk without your phone.<br>A boundary you’ve been avoiding.<br>Five minutes of silence before your next task.</p>



<p>Whatever comes up first is your next aligned step.<br>Your subconscious knows the way.</p>



<p>You’re safe to lead from here.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why This Matters for Manifestation</h2>

<p>You know that moment when something you once loved starts to feel complete, almost like a chapter gently closing while another waits in the wings. That’s where I landed at the start of 2025.</p>



<p>After nearly a decade of running one of the most-read manifestation blogs online, reaching millions of women every year, something inside me shifted. I still loved writing. I still loved connecting through words. Yet a small, persistent voice kept nudging me toward something new. Not because the blog stopped working, but because I had grown. My readers had grown. And I could feel the next version of my work needed a more intimate container, a space where I could speak to you rather than only write to you.</p>



<p>So I did something that felt both thrilling and terrifying. I started this podcast.</p>



<p>This isn’t just another platform for me. It feels like an actual conversation, something more human and honest. After years of teaching practical manifestation, I wanted a way to explore the deeper layers, the why behind the methods.</p>



<p>So this first episode is more than an introduction. It’s a reset. It’s the story of how I arrived here, what I’ve learned after helping over a million women manifest their dream lives, and why so much of the manifestation advice you’ve heard doesn’t actually work.</p>



<p>If you’ve ever done the affirmations, built the vision boards, followed every instruction, yet still felt stuck, this is for you. Because sometimes the issue isn’t belief. It’s wiring.</p>



<p>It took me a long time, and more failures than I’d like to admit, before I understood what manifestation really is. It’s not wishful thinking or waiting for the universe to drop your desires on your doorstep. Manifestation is goal setting and goal achieving, backed by the most powerful tool you have, your subconscious mind.</p>



<p>Before I walk you through how to make that mind work for you, we need to go back about fifteen years.</p>



<p>I was in my early thirties, standing in the rain outside a house I thought would be my forever home. I handed over the keys to my ex while holding two suitcases, heading into a future that looked nothing like the life I’d imagined. I moved back into my childhood bedroom, heartbroken, broke, and wondering how everything had fallen apart so fast.</p>



<p>That rock-bottom moment became the turning point.</p>



<p>If I was going to rebuild, I wanted to understand how change actually works. Why some people transform their lives while others repeat the same patterns. That curiosity pulled me into studying the subconscious, the hidden beliefs that quietly influence everything from money to love to self-worth.</p>



<p>And before I ever taught it to anyone, I lived it.</p>



<p>I tested every concept on myself. I paid off multiple six figures of debt. I landed a dream career. I met my soulmate, got married, moved into my dream home, and began traveling the world in first class, something I once believed was unreachable. None of that was luck. It was the result of rewiring how I thought, felt, and acted from the inside out.</p>



<p>After seeing what was possible, I coached other women one-on-one. Their results confirmed what I already knew, this worked. But I wanted to reach more women than I could in private sessions. So I took everything I’d learned and put it online. That’s how SelfMadeLadies was born, just me, my laptop, and a deep desire to help women stop waiting and start creating. Over time, readers came from more than 180 countries.</p>



<p>But that’s when I noticed a pattern. Many of these women were smart and self-aware. They were doing everything right. Journaling, visualizing, repeating affirmations. Yet their reality barely moved. I recognized that feeling because I had lived it.</p>



<p>And eventually, the truth became impossible to ignore. Most manifestation advice scratches the surface. It tells you to believe, but it never teaches you how to get your subconscious aligned with those beliefs.</p>



<p>That’s the gap I’ve spent the last decade closing. And it’s the reason this podcast exists.</p>



<p>Your subconscious drives over ninety-five percent of your thoughts, habits, and decisions. If it’s still chasing your old identity, no amount of affirmations will override it. Nothing changes until you shift the internal program.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why Subconscious-First Manifestation Works</h2>



<p>For years, mainstream advice sounded the same. Ask, believe, receive. Decide what you want, believe it’s possible, visualize, then wait. And that waiting is exactly the problem. It turns manifestation into something passive and completely skips the most important part, your subconscious.</p>



<p>Your subconscious is the operating system behind every choice you make. If the programming underneath still carries stories like money is hard or love doesn’t last, no affirmation can overpower that. You can’t consciously outthink a subconscious belief.</p>



<p>That’s where so much frustration comes from.</p>



<p>Subconscious-First Manifestation reverses the traditional approach. It starts with action. Your subconscious doesn’t respond to words, it responds to evidence. It needs proof that change is happening. Instead of waiting to believe before you move, you move first. And that movement begins to rewire belief.</p>



<p>This is backed by decades of behavioral science. Research from Stanford psychologist Albert Bandura shows that action creates belief, not the other way around. When you take a step and see even the smallest result, your confidence rises. Your brain releases dopamine. Your subconscious updates its identity map.</p>



<p>Your mind wants your identity to match your behavior. So when you begin acting like the woman who already has the life she wants, your subconscious adjusts to make the identity consistent.</p>



<p>This is why small steps matter. You don’t need a leap. You need one aligned action that whispers to your mind, this is who I am now.</p>



<p>I created a framework called the Circle of Subconscious Change to explain this. Every aligned action sets a new pattern in motion. Your mind shifts, your emotions shift, your actions shift, and your external world follows.</p>



<p>If that still feels abstract, think of it this way. When you’re hungry, you don’t sit at the table and wait for food to appear. You get up, open the fridge, and start cooking. Manifestation works the same way. You don’t wait for the universe to prove you’re ready. You demonstrate readiness through action.</p>



<p>If you want a sign, this is it. Take one small aligned step in the next twenty-four hours. That’s when your subconscious finally pays attention.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">A Quick Practice to Anchor This In</h2>



<p>Close your eyes for a moment and breathe. Slow and steady. Bring to mind one goal that matters to you right now. Picture a single image that captures it.</p>



<p>Ask yourself, what old belief keeps pulling me backward here. Name it softly. Now choose a new one-sentence belief that feels grounded, like I make clear money decisions, or I follow through, or I attract steady love.</p>



<p>Last step, pick one tiny action that proves this new belief within a day. Send the email. Move twenty dollars to savings. Decline the thing you usually say yes to out of guilt. Write it down.</p>



<p>With that action, you reset your subconscious trajectory.</p>



<p>And now we need to clear up a common misconception, the idea of acting as if. You’ve probably heard it, be her now. The problem is that many people interpret it as faking it until they make it. Buying things they can’t afford or projecting a version of themselves they don’t feel connected to. That approach is rooted in lack, not alignment.</p>



<p>Acting as if isn’t about pretending. It’s about emotional alignment. It’s about behaving like the woman who already feels steady, safe, and worthy. Not performing confidence, but practicing it. Not signaling abundance, but embodying respect for your resources.</p>



<p>If your goal is financial ease, acting as if doesn’t mean reckless spending. It means treating your money with clarity and care. If you’re calling in love, it means holding standards and honoring your own energy.</p>



<p>These grounded actions tell your subconscious, this is who we are now. They come from power, not pressure.</p>



<p>Here are a few simple examples:</p>



<p>• For money, schedule a ten-minute money date each Friday. Review your accounts. Move a small amount to savings.<br><br>• For love, clear out the lingering almost-relationships that drain you and open space for connection.<br><br>• For career, update your headline or portfolio to match the role you’re stepping into, then reach out to someone you admire.</p>



<p>None of these require a leap. They require alignment. Your subconscious reads each one as truth.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why You Get Stuck, and How to Finally Shift</h2>



<p>Manifestation isn’t about forcing your dreams into existence. It’s about becoming the version of you who naturally attracts them. Most people treat manifestation as a single moment, ask, believe, receive. But the real process is an ongoing feedback loop between your inner world and your outer reality.</p>



<p>Life reflects who you believe you are. When something feels stuck, it isn’t punishment. It’s information. Your subconscious is still running on old coordinates that once protected you. Maybe you learned early that money is unpredictable. Maybe love felt unstable. Maybe success came with pressure. Those beliefs form your internal GPS.</p>



<p>If your new destination is financial freedom or deep love or confidence, yet the old map still says danger, your mind reroutes you every time. The solution isn’t to fight the detour. It’s to update the coordinates.</p>



<p>Once the new destination locks in, everything shifts. You stop pushing. You start being pulled. Small moments begin aligning, the right people, the perfect timing, the opportunities that feel almost too on-point to be coincidence.</p>



<p>Your subconscious stops arguing with your desires. It finally believes you.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Science Behind Becoming Your Future Self</h2>



<p>One of the most fascinating parts of this work is how closely it aligns with neuroscience. When you imagine yourself doing something, your brain fires the same neural pathways as if you’re physically doing it. Athletes rely on this. They rehearse in their minds before they compete, and their muscles respond.</p>



<p>Your subconscious doesn’t distinguish between imagination and reality. So when you repeatedly act like your future self or even mentally rehearse her behavior, your brain starts building new neural pathways to support that identity. Emotion deepens this process. That’s why small actions matter. They carry emotional weight.</p>



<p>I once worked with a woman named Anna who wanted more confidence at work. She tried affirmations and journaling, but speaking up still terrified her. So we kept it simple. <p>Opportunities arrive. People show up. Ideas click into place. And none of it feels random anymore. It feels logical, even inevitable. Because belief and behavior finally match.</p>



<p>You become the woman who leads her path instead of waiting for the universe to hand it to her.</p>
