You may have heard about the 55×5 manifesting method, which has you write affirmations 55 times for five days in a row? It can be a powerful tool to journal and write down your goals; however, the most important aspect of manifestation is taking action. That’s why I came up with my own manifesting method, one that will bring you real results.
If you find yourself trying various techniques such as the 55×5 manifestation formula, then finding a way to manifest your goal fast is essential to you.
To truly make miracles happen, it is vital to create daily action habits that get you closer to your goal.
Perhaps you’ve tried the 55×5 rule and experienced some results. Maybe, you haven’t. What many people forget is how necessary taking action is.
That is precisely what my 5×5 power manifestation method is designed to do. It will make you take massive action towards your big goals.
But let’s first have a look at why this technique is so much more powerful than the 55×5 method when you want to manifest your dream life.
In short, the 55×5 manifestation technique has you set an affirmation that is specific, short, and in the present tense. The object is to write down the affirmation on a piece of paper 55 times a day for five days straight.
This helps to train the subconscious mind to vibrate at the frequency of your goal through repetition.
There is a lot of merit to the logic behind the 55×5 formula. Putting your mind to your goal in an intensely focused fashion can really transform your thoughts and start to reprogram your subconscious, which is essential to creating lasting change in your life.
BUT, along with the retraining of the subconscious mind, you need to be taking daily action steps that align with your goal. This is where the 5×5 formula comes in.
It is very similar to the 55×5 rule, but with the focus on action steps towards your goal as opposed to only writing your goal down.
And in case you did try the 55×5 manifesting method, but it didn’t work for you, here could be why the 55×5 manifesting formula may be a waste of time for you.
The 5×5 manifestation formula all begins with your goal or affirmation you have previously used in the 55×5 rule. You need to have a clear idea of your destination before you set out to achieve it.
With the 5×5 manifestation technique, you write down five action steps you can take every day for five days in a row. This helps you get out of “thinking mode” and into “doing mode.”
You will want to spend a little bit of time in the morning, focusing on your goal and visualizing yourself having already achieved it. This gets you vibrating at the correct frequency and provides excellent motivation.
For example, if you wanted to attract your ideal relationship into your life, your daily action steps could be:
At the end of the day spend a short time adjusting your action steps for the following day in case you missed one, or if you believe there is a new action step you could take that would work better than your current ones.
You can see that by performing action steps such as this every day, you would begin to do the necessary work required to attract your ideal relationship.
This is just an example, and you should always come up with action steps that are relevant to you. One of the beautiful things about setting five action steps a day is that you get to try things out and see if they work.
If not, the next day, you can try something else and hone your action steps until you see yourself catapulting towards success.
Try always to add one point that takes you out of your comfort zone, or that really is a quantum leap in your process.
You may don’t reach this step every day, but hey, at least you tried.
And sometimes you will actually make them, and these are the powerful action steps, the inspired action, that finally makes you succeed.
The 5×5 manifesting formula is not something you practice for one week and then call it quits. You will want to tweak your goals, action steps, and your efforts as you go along.
It is essential to follow through on all of your action steps as well as you can for the first five days. On the 6th day, you can give yourself a grace period to catch up on anything that you may have run out of time with.
Life happens sometimes, and things can take a little bit longer than expected. That’s totally ok!
Use the 7th day as your rest and reflection day. It is very powerful to stop and think back on the week you just had and see what kind of progress you did or didn’t make.
Then, you will use the 7th day to adjust your goals and action steps as you see fit to help you move closer to your goals in the following week.
If you have succeeded in achieving your goal and you’re ready to move onto bigger and brighter things, perfect. It is time to set new goals and work on action steps that will get you closer to achieving them.
Many times, when we are chasing a massive goal that makes us spring out of bed in the morning, we need to break it down into smaller chunks. On your journey towards full achievement, you will need to set smaller goals that you believe you can achieve every week.
Use the 5×5 formula to achieve these smaller goals that act as stepping stones towards your ultimate goal. The idea is to keep going, adjusting, and working until you see your massive goal manifest.
You can use this powerful law of attraction technique to help you move towards any goal you want to achieve.
Remember, without taking action on your dreams; nothing will ever happen, no matter how many times you write it down. If you’re feeling stuck and uninspired, it is so crucial that you try new things like the 5×5 technique for real results.
Once you manifest one thing, you’ll be unstoppable!
