We are blessed to live in a world where we get more of what we focus on. When you are stuck focusing on things you don’t want, you will naturally make decisions based on insecurity and fear because your brain is tuned into the frequency of it.
However, when you focus on what you do want, your body and brain react similarly, leading you to make decisions based on hope, love, and gratitude.
