How I Manifested Better Health (And You Can Too)
When I first started using manifestation tools, I focused mostly on things like career, money, and love. But one area I quietly struggled with was my health.
For years, I dealt with hormone imbalances, PCOS, and type 2 diabetes. Some days I couldn’t get out of bed. Not because I was lazy, but because my body felt like it was running on empty.
