This process works whether you’re healing from something specific, rebuilding energy, or simply wanting to feel more vibrant in your body.

Step 1: Set Your Health Goals & Get Clear on How You Want to Feel
Manifesting health starts with clarity, not just on what you want, but why.

Most of us say we want to “feel better,” but what does that actually mean for you?
- Do you want more energy to play with your kids or grandkids?
- Are you craving a morning routine that doesn’t start with pain or fatigue?
- Is it about becoming the kind of woman who feels confident in her own skin?
Your body follows your emotional blueprint. So the more clearly you can define how you want to feel and live… the more your subconscious can guide your healing.
Pro Tip: Instead of only focusing on fixing symptoms, visualize what your life looks like when you feel strong, free, and healthy. How do you move? What do your days look like? What do you enjoy again that you’ve been missing?

- What’s the story I’ve been telling myself about my health?
- Who does this story belong to, me, or someone else?
You can’t manifest a new reality from a belief system rooted in fear, lack, or self-blame.
This is where subconscious reprogramming work comes in, whether through journaling, guided affirmations, or the many other tools I teach in my bestselling manifestation book.
Step 3: Take Inspired Action Toward the Health You Desire
Now it’s time to bring your goals and mindset into the real world. This is the step many skip, but it’s where the magic happens.
Inspired action is what tells your subconscious: “We’re doing this.”
Here’s what it can look like:
- Drinking more water and thanking your body for every sip.
- Going for a walk while visualizing your healthiest self.
- Making doctor’s appointments you’ve put off, with a calm mindset.
- Swapping “I should” for “I choose” when making food or movement decisions.
These small shifts add up because your subconscious starts seeing you as someone who already is healthy.

Think of it this way: Manifestation doesn’t mean waiting to feel good. It means choosing to feel aligned now… and letting your body catch up.

You can speak them aloud, write them down, or listen to them as guided affirmations (you can download my favorite free session here).
What matters most is that you emotionally connect with the words. That’s what creates vibrational alignment.
Pro tip: Use affirmations first thing in the morning or right before sleep, when your subconscious is most open.

- “I am living in a body that heals more every day.”
- “My body is wise, strong, and always working in my favor.”

A vision board for health uses images and words that represent your ideal wellness, mentally, physically, and emotionally. It helps you stay focused on your healing journey and programs your subconscious with the belief that better health is possible (and already unfolding).
Think of it as a daily nudge from your future, healthier self.

Step 1: Define your health goals and how you want to feel.
We covered this in the first step of the manifestation process… now go deeper. What does a healthy version of you look like? More energy? Less pain? Inner peace?
Think about what that feels like in your body.
Step 2: Gather images that reflect those feelings.
Look for photos, quotes, or symbols that represent movement, vitality, nourishment, or rest.
These could include a peaceful yoga pose, fresh nourishing meals, glowing skin, or smiling faces. Anything that captures your ideal state of well-being.
Pro tip: Include a few affirmations or powerful words that resonate… like “healing,” “vibrant,” “strong,” or “restored.”
Step 3: Create a collage with all your images.
You can use a corkboard, poster board, or create a digital version on your phone or computer. The key is to make it feel personal and emotionally resonant.
Step 4: Place your health vision board somewhere visible and use it often.
Look at it daily… especially when you need motivation to make healthy choices. But don’t just glance at it; take a moment to feel what it’s like to already be living in that vibrant, healthy body.
Visualization works best when you engage your emotions. Imagine how light, strong, and energized you feel as you live your vision board life.
Use Health Visualization to Support Your Healing Journey
Creative visualization helps you mentally experience life in a healthy, energized body, and it’s a powerful tool because your subconscious can’t tell the difference between imagination and reality. That’s what makes visualization such an effective health manifestation practice.

- Imagine yourself doing things you’d love to do in a healthy body; hiking with ease, waking up refreshed, feeling confident in your clothes, or chasing your kids around without getting tired.
- Visualize a clear, specific image of your healthiest life. Focus on how you feel… light, strong, pain-free, energized, joyful. You can use your health vision board to help guide this process.
- Close your eyes if it helps, or keep them open while focusing on your vision board. Picture all the details: What do you see, hear, feel, or smell in this healthy version of your life?
- Make it as vivid and emotionally real as possible; the more you feel those healthy emotions, the faster your subconscious aligns with your wellness goals.
Health Manifestation Journal Prompts
Journaling is one of the simplest yet most effective tools for uncovering health blocks and shifting your mindset. It brings clarity, helps process emotions, and rewires your subconscious for healing.
Use these health-focused journal prompts to get started:
- What does ‘being healthy’ mean to me?
Reflect on your personal definition of health. Is it waking up with energy? Moving pain-free? Feeling confident and strong in your body? - Why do I want to manifest better health?
Your WHY is what keeps you going when things get hard. Maybe it’s to keep up with your kids, hike again, or simply feel like yourself again. - What’s holding me back from becoming healthier?

You may feel more hopeful, more compassionate toward your body, or less frustrated with symptoms, even before anything “big” changes physically. - Opportunities to support your healing.
You might come across a new practitioner, supplement, or healing modality, or feel nudged to move, rest, or eat in a way that feels aligned. - A strong inner knowing that your health is improving.
You may not be able to explain it… But deep down, you feel change is happening. Use this inner belief to fuel your next aligned actions. - Health-related synchronicities. You may hear about the same book, treatment, or healing method multiple times, or randomly meet someone who’s been on a similar journey.

When I first started using manifestation tools, like vision boards and affirmations, I focused mostly on things like career, money, and love. But one area I quietly struggled with was my health.
For years, I dealt with hormone imbalances and autoimmune issues….
Some days, I couldn’t get out of bed. Not because I was lazy, but because my body felt like it was running on empty. That’s when I stopped waiting to be ‘fixed’ and started showing up for myself in small but powerful ways.
At one point, I realized something had to change. I was waiting for my body to “fix itself,” but I wasn’t fully supporting it yet. Not mentally, emotionally, or even physically.

I bought a step tracker.
