Meditation and Manifestation – Attract More With This Powerful LoA Tool

Meditation and mindfulness are popular topics. Not only in the Law of Attraction community. And meditation can be especially helpful in the manifestation process.

Many benefits can be gained through meditation, but how exactly can meditation assist in manifesting and help you to attract more?

There are several ways meditation can help in the manifestation process. Here are the most important ones:

  1. Meditation helps you to identify your abundance blocks faster and to overcome some of them.
  2. Meditation makes you more aligned with the universe, and thus brings you into the flow state more easily.
  3. Meditation trains your intuition and helps you with the most relevant Law of Attraction step: taking inspired action.
  4. Meditation can help you to become more positive; this positivity can help you to attract more.
  5. Meditation helps you with visualization, another very important Law of Attraction tool.

But before I explain to you in more detail how meditation can skyrocket your manifestation process, here a quick overview of what meditation really is.

What is Meditation

Meditation is a relaxation technique that is around for thousands of years. But don't worry, everyone can learn meditation and above all everyone can learn it at their own pace.

Meditation has many health benefits for your body and mind:

  • Meditation helps with stress.
  • Meditation has a positive effect on the brain.
  • Meditation stimulates creativity.
  • Meditation positively influences the state of mind.
  • Meditation can relieve pain.
  • Meditation improves sleep.

And this are only a few of the health benefits of meditation.

It is clear, if you want to be successful in life and with manifestation, you have to be healthy and you need the energy to tackle your goals.

You need good ideas, creativity and a positive attitude towards life. But meditation can do much more for you and your success.

How can meditation help in the manifestation process

The greatest enemy of our time and above all the worst for your success is the distraction in our life.

To be able to attract and design our dream life, we must be able, to fully concentrate on our goals.

It doesn't matter if this is a complex project in the office or the 5 pounds you would like to lose to fit into your dream dress. You need to stay focused.

So let's have a look at how meditation can really support you when manifesting your big dreams.

1. Meditation helps you to identify your abundance blocks

To be successful with the Law of Attraction, or actually generally in life or when you want to achieve a goal, it is important to know and overcome the blocks that are holding you back.

In this blog post here I go into detail about the single abundance blocks and how you can overcome them. And meditation is a very helpful tool for this.

While meditating you learn to listen into yourself, you forget the outside world and switch off.

It is not uncommon that people suddenly perceive things about themselves while meditating that they did not recognize before.

But that's not it! Meditation can also help you to overcome most of your abundance blocks. For example, through meditation you can steer your emotions in a more positive direction; you can become calmer and more balanced.

And there are many guided meditations out there, that can help you to change your mindset and your beliefs.

2. Meditation makes you more aligned with the universe

When you have some experience with meditation, you may already know that this technique can help you to get into a flow state.

This is what we understand in manifesting as the vortex or being aligned with the universe.

The greatest enemy for your manifesting success is; distraction and negative beliefs.

To be successful with the Law of Attraction, you must be able to fully concentrate on your goal, have all your focus and attention on "receiving mode".

It doesn't matter if this is a complex project in the office or the 5 pounds you would like to lose to fit into your dream dress. You need to stay focused and in this flow state.

Meditation helps you to eliminate the distractions of the outside world for a specific time. But meditation can do even more for you. Think of your inner voice.

Have you ever had those situations where you wanted something really badly? You were totally motivated; you worked out a great plan.

You were willing to give it all and invest in it. Then doubts came up, you were suddenly afraid to fail, or you had thoughts of "what if.. ".

Thoughts are nothing other than your inner voice speaking to you, and this voice can not only be very distracting; it is also mostly very negative. And Meditation can help you to turn off your inner voice.

In the beginning, you will only do this in the morning or the evening in your meditation session, but later on, you will quickly learn to use this whenever you need it.

This way, you can get yourself back in alignment with the universe whenever needed.

3. Meditation trains your intuition and helps you to take inspired action

If you are not new to my manifesting blog, you know for sure that it is very important to me that you understand one thing. The Law of Attraction is not a magic formula, and only works if you take action.

Still, so many women find it hard to do exactly this; taking so-called inspired action.

In my advanced manifestation course, I teach my students how always to know exactly what inspired action to take. But besides my signature manifesting formula some tools can help you with this step.

Meditation is one of them. Meditation can help you to strengthen your intuition and attract creative ideas.

It often happens that during a meditation session you suddenly have something like an " epiphany."

Just be open to this "signs of the universe"!

4. Meditation can help you to become calmer and more positive

You've probably heard that before; like attracts like is one of Law of Attraction rules.

To a certain extent, this is true. I think there is a lot more to it but to successfully manifest your dream life you need an attitude that is positive and you should distance yourself from negative thoughts and feelings, whenever possible.

In this post here you can learn how you can consciously bring more happiness into your life.

Meditation can also help you with that. I already explained at the beginning of this post, how meditation could have a positive effect on your health and your emotions.

So it should be clear why meditation can support you so well in manifesting.

5. Meditation helps you with visualization

Visualization is one of the most powerful Law of Attraction tools, if you ask me. And you can use Visualization to manifest faster and better.

However, you may find yourself struggling with visualizing your goals and dreams; be it with creating a clear picture in your mind or just letting yourself go.

As already mentioned, distraction is one of the greatest success killers, and that's exactly where meditation can help you.

The more you meditate, the easier it is to get into the desired state where you can fully engage with your visualization.

You can use meditation right before your visualization session or just by practice to calm yourself down more efficiently and faster.

Tips for better Meditation

Meditation does not have to be complicated. However, it may take some time to get started.

Many things can interfere with your ability to focus. If you can control this, you will have much more success with meditation.

You can learn to meditate more effectively, here are some essential tips:

1. You don't need any tools or gadgets to meditate.

However, it can be helpful if you have a special meditation pillow or at least a base to sit on, that is comfortable. Loose fitting clothes can also be useful, but if you are more advanced with meditation, you can meditate almost anytime and anywhere.

2. Start concentrating on your breathing.

Mindful breathing is probably the simplest form of meditation for beginners, but there is an infinite number of other techniques that you can try out later.

But in the beginning, just concentrate on your breathing. As your mind wanders, gently return your focus to your breath.

3. Move whenever you feel like it.

Many people think meditation only works when they sit still and are then distracted by an uncomfortable feeling because the sitting position is not ideal.

Or maybe you have an itch somewhere? It is better to eliminate this unpleasant feeling than to be distracted by it. If you have more experience meditating, you will probably just be able to ignore such feelings.

4. Always meditate at the same time.

It doesn't matter when you meditate, whether in the morning in your morning routine, or in the evening to unwind from a stressful day, or even several times throughout the day. But in the beginning, you should concentrate on forming a habit, and meditating every day at the same time can help you with this.

5. Slowly add time to your meditation practice.

Start with 5 minutes a day, for example. And then, add a few minutes each week. A long session of 30 minutes a day is a good goal but work your way up slowly.

6. Limit distractions.

Find a quiet time and a place where you are undisturbed to meditate. As I said before, at some point you will almost always be able to meditate and everywhere, but children running screaming through the room or a cat playing on you is not very helpful for beginners.

And believe me, cats are somehow very attracted to people that try to meditate. You should also set your phone to silent.

7. Reflect after meditating.

Ask yourself what your meditation session was like, why was it good, why maybe not so good? That helps to understand what might distract you or what you have to pay more attention to next time. A journal can help you with this reflection.

You see, meditation can be a helpful tool in manifesting your dreams, and maybe even the ideal Law of Attraction tool for you?
