It is the vessel for our minds and spirits to carry out the activities that give us purpose. And thanks to a strong mind-body connection, health manifestation is not even very difficult.

Manifesting Health Starts in Your Mind
Are you still wondering if and how you can manifest perfect health? The answer is YES, you can! Manifesting health follows the same principles as every other manifestation. It all comes down to the subconscious mind, your inner beliefs, and your actions.
Like everything else you can attract with the Law of Attraction, you can attract vibrant health.
By training your subconscious, you can set your mind and body up for manifesting physical healing. And because there is such a strong body and mind connection, manifesting a healthy body is even easier than attracting material things or love.
Your mind is where you hold on to the inner beliefs that create your outer reality. What you believe inside, you will manifest outside.
It’s merely a reflection. If you want to manifest health, you first need to train the subconscious to believe that you are entirely healthy.
Of course, you will need to take some action and practice health-supporting habits. But, easing inflammation, and starting the physical healing process, starts by changing your emotional vibration and reprogramming your subconscious mind.
To change what is happening in the body, you need to change what the mind believes about the body. You need to train your brain to start sending the types of messages to your body’s cells that are positive and health-creating.
When you program your subconscious to believe you are healthy now, it naturally leads you in the direction of perfect health. You will receive the exact level of healing and health that you believe in your subconscious.
I don’t say that this subconscious reprogramming will magically make you fit and healthy overnight, but it’s the first and most important step in any healing journey. When you are in the right mental state, you can actually start everything else (like eating healthier, becoming more active, or working with your doctor on any health-related problems).
It takes some time and consistency to retrain your mind, but it is essential to manifesting a healthy body.
Your Body is Vibration
Just like the thoughts and feelings you have, your body is energetic vibration. There are vibrational frequencies that create better health, and there are vibrational frequencies that create disease.
Your goal is to vibrate at a level that is in alignment with perfect health. To raise your vibration to the highest level of health, what you need to do is put yourself into a positive emotional state.
Your emotions are stored in your body, so it is essential for healing that you feel good!
But please don’t miss that up with toxic positivity; I do not believe that you need to be high-vibe 24/7 to manifest the life you want, not even when this manifestation goal is for good health. But since your body is so strongly connected to your mind, so it’s definitely important to work on this.
To create a positive emotional state, you need to think about things that foster hope, love, and gratitude. When you are focused on these things, your body reacts to the positive chemicals that your thoughts are releasing.
You will begin to FEEL the way you’re thinking. When you do this repeatedly, soon, your body will take on this new feeling as your baseline.
The law of attraction is a bit like an avalanche. The more you consciously focus on positivity, the more you attract positive things.
You will begin to feel more energetic, more grateful, and more in love… automatically without even trying. When you are feeling good without forcing it, you have raised your vibration to the point that will align with perfect health.
The Snowball Effect (Like Attracts Like)
As I just mentioned, this is like an avalanche. When you train your subconscious and elevate your emotional state, you will begin to feel better. When you feel better, you will be able to do better.
Like attracts like when manifesting. This is a snowball effect that grows larger and larger the more you feed positive health habits into your life.
Once you feel healthier and you believe in your heart that perfect health is on its way, you can begin to ACT the way a perfectly healthy person would.
You will eat better, exercise more, smile more, and hang out with like-minded people. Once your lifestyle is in line with your inner beliefs and your emotions, you will be unstoppable on your path to manifesting health.
I have a wonderful example of this from my own healing journey. I have several problems with my hormones and autoimmunity, and the inflammation in my body often leaves me very tired and low on energy.
I’m very grateful that because I’m a manifestation blogger and author, I can just literally work out of bed when my physical state requires it. But at some point, this started to backfire.
I became increasingly unfit because I hardly moved during the day. But I also had the feeling that I didn’t have the energy for more physical activity.
But then I reprogrammed my subconscious. I always imagined myself as a fit person who is very active in everyday life. I exchanged my high heels with sneakers and bought a step tracker… and after a while, my body followed my mindset.
Today I walk 10K steps+ daily, followed by a gym session, and I’m full of energy.
You can tell your body how you want it to feel, and you’ll be surprised at how much your body is actually capable of.
Law of Attraction Techniques to Manifest Health
There are different manifestation methods and tools that you can use to manifest anything you want in life (to get the full list check out my post on the best manifestation techniques).
And some of them are especially powerful when you want to attract perfect health. Physical but also mental health.
All of these tools are designed to help you elevate your emotions and reprogram your subconscious to let go of blocks and adopt new healthy beliefs.
For example, you could use law of attraction health affirmations, or guided meditations to prime your subconscious, or you could use a journaling exercise to reflect on your feelings.
But let’s have a look at my favorite techniques, and specifically, how you can use these law of attraction tools to manifest better health:
Practice Gratitude for Better Health
Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions.
If you want one surefire way to change your body’s state, then it’s by practicing gratitude. Gratitude signals your mind (and the universe) that you already have what you desire.
You will no longer feel the lack that is keeping your body from repairing itself the way it was designed to.
Gratitude is proven as one of the healthiest emotions you can have. It lowers blood pressure, refocuses the mind on helpful thoughts, and keeps your vibration high.
If you take time every day to practice gratitude, soon, your mind will be reprogrammed to look for more and more things that you are grateful for. The more you do this, the easier it becomes always to feel thankful for the things you have in your life.
What you focus on grows, so make sure you’re focusing on being grateful for the health that is on the way.
To manifest health and physical healing, you need to raise your vibration, and gratitude is the most effective way to do this without taking up any effort or much time. You can literally do this right now.
Expert Health Manifestation Tip: Next time you experience pain in your body, talk to the pain. Tell your pain that you are grateful for it, as it is a signal to tell you that you need to take care of your health.
This may sound a bit silly in the beginning, but you’ll be surprised how quickly pain can fade when you start to treat it with love and gratitude.
Use Some Law of Attraction Health Affirmations
Manifestation affirmations are a great way to train your brain to think the way a perfectly healthy person would think. Therefore this is another great technique to manifest better health. Affirmations are proven to reprogram your subconscious beliefs.
And that’s exactly how we manifest.
Always formulate your affirmative statements in a positive way and in the present tense. As if your body is already experiencing the best health it can.
Great story about how powerful this can be. Have you heard about the miracle man; he was also interviewed in the movie “The Secret.”
The so-called miracle mani, Morris Goodman, was in hospital after a serious plane crash, and the doctors gave him no hope. He couldn’t breathe or move on his own; all he had left was his mind. And using positive affirmations got him finally to walk out of the hospital.
That shows how powerful affirmations can be.
Here are a few health affirmation examples for you to try:
- I am living every day in the body of a healthy and vibrant person.
- Everything I do adds to my good health.
- My health is my responsibility, and I’m grateful that I’m able to take care of it.
- I am grateful to be able to build a healthier body in my mind.
Try Hypnosis For Your Perfect Health
Hypnosis can be used for many different health-related issues, for example, to stop smoking or for weight loss. And it’s another powerful manifestation tool.
Use hypnosis to get yourself in a mental state where you are very open to receiving suggestions to remove unhealthy beliefs. It works directly on your subconscious mind and is a perfect addition to your healing journey.
Use a Journal to Manifest a Healthy Body and Mind
Journaling is one of my favorite methods to reflect and work on blocks. Try to journal regularly to release negative thought patterns and gain a more positive perspective.
It’s an amazing tool for manifestation, but it also brings many health benefits, such as reducing stress or elevating your mood.
I told you at the beginning of this post that manifesting better health all starts in your mind, and sometimes it just helps to bring things from your mind onto paper. Just let it all out, and you will instantly feel more relaxed.
Reflection is also a great way to find bad habits, which makes a journal even more important when you want to become healthier.

Meditation for Better Health
The reason most people start with meditation is because of its health benefits. Mindfulness meditation is a great way to calm your body (and mind) down.
According to the US National Institute of Health, the health benefits of mindfulness meditation are reduced anxiety, stress, depression, and pain. It also helps with better sleep and even weight management.

Create a Vision Board for Your Body & Health
I believe that a vision board is one of the most powerful manifesting methods. Right from when we create it, we start with so many subconscious processes that take us in the right direction.
Add to that the power of goal-setting, the daily “reminders” where we want to go, and finally, the daily visualization exercises that you should do with your dream board.
I recommend that you organize your vision board by topics, such as different vision board themes, and health can be one of them.
But if getting healthy or losing weight is an important topic for you, why not make a vision board solely for this purpose?
A vision board full of pictures of your perfect body, healthy food, workout, etc., is a wonder weapon when you are manifesting better health. It’s a constant reminder for you (and your subconscious) that you are on this healthy living journey.
