Schedule These 3 Habits for Financial Freedom Mindset success!

The idea of creating a dream life is promoted all over social media, from quote cards to videos to blogs. Almost everyone knows about the Law of Attraction, but few people emphasize the “action” in attraction, so in this post I’m going to share one of the best weapons I’ve used for getting anything done, and to reach financial freedom mindset success, scheduling!
First off, I’m going to share two pieces of wisdom that helped me a lot:
- Knowing = Learning + Practice
The key to ingraining ideas into your mind involves learning the concepts and then practicing them over and over again.
This applies whether you are learning a language or a new dance move, and it’s definitely important when creating new beliefs for a financial freedom mindset.

- Most of your progress in life is the result of daily habits
At any given moment we are either progressing or regressing. Time never stands still. The daily habits we carry out make tiny changes that add up to BIG progress over time.
Just like brushing our teeth or taking a shower, we need to constantly re-affirm our goals, values and beliefs each day in order to convince our minds that money is freedom!
I have always felt that my most productive days were organized with a clear schedule, and putting these tasks into my day turned them into automatic habits that put my dreams on fast-forward!
Here are some tasks you can schedule in right away that cost nothing and deliver valuable results!
1. Make a portable vision board and review it daily
Start taking screen-shots of things you want to buy, places you would love to visit, good-looking guys you’d like to meet and anything else on your dreamscape.
Place those pictures in a special folder on your phone for easy viewing at any time of the day. Then set a time in your daily schedule to review them, preferably in the morning.
The universal language everyone understands is pictures, and the mental imprints this practice creates are very powerful for creating an abundance mentality and cultivating a financial freedom mindset.

2. Meditation practice (3 x day)
Among its many benefits, meditation calms your brain waves, clears your mind and helps get your overview back.
Think about a hectic day at work. Sometimes small things, like a printer getting jammed up, will totally turn everything upside down and consume your thoughts.
Meditation will help immensely to clear away that negativity and get your abundance mentality back on track.
Set 3 times a day to meditate for a minimum of 5 minutes. 10 minutes is even better, 15 minutes is great and 20 minutes is super-amazing!
I myself have a problem with sitting still for a long time (hello ADHS) so for me shorter meditations sessions, a few times a day, are much more helpful than one long session.
Review the pictures on your portable vision board before starting so you can reaffirm your financial freedom mindset and really focus on what you want to achieve.

Daily Journal Writing
This one can be challenging for some people, partly because we are so used to typing and partly because it involves more mental effort than the other two tasks.
But it’s worth it.
Writing is a powerful practice. It allows us to clear away any inconsistent thoughts in our mind, develop sharp focus and set priorities.
It also helps clarify our thoughts by working like a “trash can” where we can dump bad ideas, trace back negative belief patterns and clear a new path forward.

Cultivating these habits was very important in developing my financial freedom mindset, it was what helped spring my plans into action.
I finally had direction and went from being homeless and broke to having an abundance mentality that helped me manifest a beautiful apartment, money to travel first-class and several passive income streams.
Life is very different now because money is freedom!
Acquiring a financial freedom mindset requires more than just reading a book.
And I’m saying this from the perspective of writing such a book myself!
Try scheduling in these habits as a first step. They can be truly transformative and are part of a larger process.
