However, I’m going to shed some light on how to remove your manifesting blocks in three simple steps.
As an NLP coach, I helped thousands of women with unblocking abundance and making the Law of Attraction work, so I’m super excited to share this knowledge with you today.
Before you start to work at clearing abundance blocks, you need to know what you’re dealing with on a deeper level. Without identifying your blocks, you won’t be able to unpack them and clear them fully.
Remanence of your emotional past will hang around and continue to influence your future decisions and actions.
To identify your manifesting blocks, you can use many different tools and methods. Essentially, what you want to do is uncover things that are not immediately present in your conscious mind.
A few things you can do to dig a little deeper than the surface are journaling, meditation, speaking to someone, and hypnosis.
Journaling will allow you to put your thoughts on paper and see them before your eyes. With our thoughts running on autopilot, it can sometimes be challenging to track them down and understand them.
When you reflect and write down the thoughts that are going through your head, reasons why you feel certain things, and experiences you have, it becomes much easier to recognize patterns in life.
Patterns of emotion and actions are reliable indicators of subconscious programs running.
Meditation is the act of becoming aware. When identifying subconscious blocks, slowing your brain down, and becoming aware of the thoughts you’re having and why you’re having is incredibly helpful.
Used in conjunction with journaling, you can uncover a lot of thoughts/feelings, and see them right before your eyes.
Speaking to someone often allows us a chance to hear our fears out loud instead of merely in our minds. Often, putting things into words, and having another person listen to them can help us disarm subconscious programs.
You don’t need therapy or a coach; this can also be just a good friend. I love talking to my spouse about my business blocks I’m sometimes facing.

Hypnosis is my favorite way to work deep on the subconscious mind.
A trained hypnotist can take you on a mental and emotional journey that can help uncover things that are under the surface. Hypnosis allows you to go deep, below the analytical mind, so you can observe what is happening way down.
Once you have identified your abundance blocks, it is time to analyze and figure them out on a conceptual level. The point of analyzing is to understand why you hold onto them, so you can then release them.
Often, searching your mind and your emotions when thinking about your abundance blocks can be enough to start to work through them. You’ll want to think of your blocks through the lens of time.
Try to figure out when that block may have been planted. What experiences in your life lead you to believe the things you understand now. The more you understand why the more you will be able to dissect the ways you can believe the opposite.
You also want to understand if this block really holds you back or not. You should start by working on your major blocks first.
Journaling is also beneficial when analyzing. When you can see everything written down in front of you, it is easier to work through it so you don’t forget any details about why that block is there and how you can remove it.
So, how do you get rid of your abundance blocks? There are many ways to do this, but in the simplest terms, you need to replace it with a more productive mindset and belief.
Clearing abundance blocks is as simple as re-writing your story about the things you believe.
The thing is, we all have our beliefs because of things that have happened in our lives. From our upbringing, past experiences, and learned behaviors, we built our current thoughts and actions. We were not born with certain beliefs; we learned them.
Since we learned them, we can teach ourselves new ones that are more powerful than our past. This is where identifying and analyzing blocks comes in handy. When you understand why you believe something, it is easier to pull apart the bricks that hold it together.
To replace your abundance blocks, you need to start repeating new beliefs that are in alignment with creating abundance. You need to slowly imprint the new ideas that will become your new way of being.
An excellent way to do this is to use NLP. Through NLP, you can create powerful anchors to trigger new beliefs and thoughts.
For example, when you start to get ready for your day, and you feel like you don’t want to get to work, you can use this negative emotion to flip the script and create a powerfully positive experience instead.
Whatever the negative emotion is, imagine what the complete opposite is. How would your day change if you wanted to get to work to create more abundance? How would you act? Who would you be?
Any time you experience the emotions that keep you back, flip them around to experience the feelings you need to help you achieve your success.
Also, you can use meditation and journaling to help you with this process as well. When meditating, you can uncover and identify some of your blocks; then, you will simply imagine yourself believing and living in the opposite reality.
This will create the emotions necessary to create chemical changes in your brain and body to start building new pathways towards success.
When you journal, it is easy to see how you can flip your beliefs around. With your blocks and negative thoughts written down, you can simply write the exact opposite.
Every day, you can read through your positive alternatives and imprint them into your subconscious. As you do, you will begin to take on these new beliefs as your reality and act accordingly.
Now you know how to clear abundance blocks to create abundance in your life. Remember, blocks are only subconscious programs that need to be flipped around to work to our benefit. When you can do that consistently, your world will begin to change quickly and drastically.
